Article 1 – General Principle

Overmift strives for high customer satisfaction across all internet services offered. Nonetheless, it is acknowledged that achieving 100% satisfaction in every circumstance is not feasible. This Refund Policy sets forth the rules and procedures for refund requests.

Article 2 – Scope of Refunds


2.1. Web Hosting Services

• If the Customer is dissatisfied for any reason, a full refund may be requested within three (3) calendar days of service activation by submitting a cancellation request through the client panel.

2.2. Services Excluded from Refunds

• Domain registrations and transfers

• VPS/VDS and dedicated server services

• SSL certificates

• Co‑location (server housing) services

• Software licences and bespoke software products
  These services are non‑cancellable and non‑refundable.

Article 3 – Refund Request Procedure

3.1. Refund requests must be initiated via the client panel using the “Cancel Service” option.

3.2. Requests submitted through email, telephone or live chat are not processed.

3.3. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within thirty (30) business days of the request date.


Article 4 – Invalidity of the Refund Guarantee

4.1. Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms of Service are outside the scope of the refund guarantee.

4.2. The refund guarantee applies only to the Customer’s first service purchase with Overmift. Subsequent purchases are not eligible.

4.3. Services obtained under promotions, discounts or campaigns are excluded from the refund guarantee unless expressly stated otherwise.


Article 5 – Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within a maximum of thirty (30) business days, subject to banking and payment‑provider timelines. Overmift is not liable for delays caused by financial institutions.


Article 6 – Entry into Force

This Refund Policy becomes effective on the date published on our website. Overmift reserves the right to amend the policy at any time. The current version is always accessible at https://www.overmift.net.
